AI Health Intelligence for the Last Mile
EDEN Connect is a digital health intelligence platform helping provincial health authorities, agencies, and communities track and improve community health outcomes.
We are currently piloting with the Eastern Highlands Province Health Authority in Papua New Guinea. The pilot connects community health workers, local leaders, and health officers with simple tools to record household health data, track Healthy Community progress, and surface insights that drive action on the ground.
As the pilot grows, we plan to expand to other provinces across PNG and beyond.
